This is exhausting and interferes with our well-being. We just want to be seen and heard and know how to move past it all.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#20017) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and My goal is to assist you on your path to well-being.

Life is full of challenges, and at times, we may feel overwhelmed and uncertain. Sometimes, all we need is someone to listen, provide support, and offer guidance.
